TRAVEL AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 TO $100.00
TRAVEL FEE WAIVED ON LOANS OVER $300,000.00
POA PREPARATION AND RECORDING $35.00

TITLE INSURANCE

WILL BE CALCULATED AS FOLLOWS:

LENDER’S TITLE

$2.00 per thousand

OWNER’S TITLE

Roughly $3.50 per thousand based on the sales price
+$100.00 less lender’s title insurance amount

SALES PRICE = $100,000.00
LOAN AMOUNT = $95,000.00

LENDER’S POLICY = $190.00

EAGLE OWNER’S POLICY = $350.00 + $100.00 - $190.00
TOTAL FOR OWNER’S POLICY = $260.00

EXAMPLE 2

SALES PRICE = $250,000.00
LOAN AMOUNT = $200,000.00

LENDER’S POLICY = $400.00

EAGLE OWNER’S POLICY = $875.00 + $100.00 - $400.00
TOTAL FOR OWNER’S POLICY $575.00

COMMENTS REGARDING TITLE INSURANCE

THE ABOVE OWNER’S RATES ARE QUOTED FOR AN "ENHANCED"
OWNER’S TITLE POLICY. THESE POLICIES ARE ISSUED FOR MOST METROPOLITAN HOMES. THEY PROVIDE THE PURCHASER WITH MANY ADDITIONAL PROTECTIONS AGAINST THE MOST COMMON TYPES OF ISSUES THEY MAY FACE. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BORROWER’S ARE PROVIDED THIS TYPE OF POLICY WHEN AVAILABLE.

WE WRITE THROUGH TWO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANIES ON A FAIRLY RANDOM BASIS. THE OTHER COMPANY WE WRITE THROUGH IS SLIGHTLY

MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE RATES THAT ARE ATTACHED HERE. CLOSING FEE WILL BE REDUCED WHEN WRITING THROUGH 2ND COMPANY TO MAKE TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED MATCH.
