Sellers please bring the following to a real estate closing:

1. Valid photo identification
2. Termite report (Official Georgia Wood Infestation Inspection Report) dated within 30 days of closing.
3. Current Septic tank inspection (if not on sewer).
4. Current well report (if not on public water).
