I have been closing transactions with Ken Chalker for many years. The most important service they have consistently provided to me has been customer service. When you have a question, or an issue they will immediately respond. Additionally, Ken is the only attorney I have ever worked with that will provide a mobile phone number. This should tell you the kind of concern given to each transaction. Although most close without any issues, when you need the confidence of speaking to someone immediately – this staff and leader are available. Furthermore, there is not a lot of lobby waiting and the rates are lower than other attorneys. When you arrive you will be greeted and seated quickly, and all of the package is printed ready to go with attorney’s fees below any of the other firms in town. In conclusion let me say its good to see someone loving their work, proud to perform, and not just concerned with the almighty dollar. So yes, I highly recommend the firm.
